You get value for money in this park .. it's not just the Activities and Entertainment that attract new residents - the streets have been repainted, there are two new color fountains in the lake and new toilets in the clubhouse. When you look around the around the Port Richey/Clearwater/Tampa area at manufactured home parks you quickly become aware of the vast array of price ranges. The parks with very low monthly lot rent were generally in highly populated areas of town, or very closely spaced in those parks and often poorly kept. Some parks have dirt roads which would be messy in the rain. The best parks were the 55+ and lot rent was around $500 - $550 every month. Sun Valley park is slightly on the high side, but like everything in life you get what you pay for. |
